The premise for the original Real Housewives was simple: wealthy women living behind the gates of the exclusive Coto de Caza in Orange County, California. From the self-made to the married-into-money, these housewives had beaucoup bucks and plenty of time to spend it.

But as the franchise has expanded into new cities, the net worths of the housewives have become even more impressive. Seems the rich keep getting richer. But which wife has the most well-funded life? Read on to find out some of the top earners from the Real Housewives. (Research compiled from Radar Online, The Richest, Forbes and Bustle.)

Orange County

Vicki Gunvalson

One of the original housewives, Vicki Gunvalson has always held a strong work ethic and prided herself on making her own money with her insurance firm, Coto Insurance. As an entrepreneur, Vicki has been able to ride out divorce (and a messy, potentially monetarily dangerous breakup) without missing a financial beat. Her net worth is about $7 million.

Heather Dubrow

Heather Dubrow was a famous face before she ever stepped into the spotlight on Bravo, having starred on series like Jenny and Stark Raving Mad. However, her marriage to plastic surgeon (and Botched star) Dr. Terry Dubrow tipped the monetary scales further in her favor. The duo, who wrote a book called Dr. and Mrs. Guinea Pig together (and host a podcast of the same name), are valued at $30 million.

New York

Ramona Singer

Her first season tagline, “I like making my own money, I find that an aphrodisiac.” was true: She’s had her own jewelry line, a skincare line and her eponymous Ramona Pinot Grigio. Ramona Singer, who went through a very public divorce from her husband Mario in 2015, is doing just fine on her own, thanks in part to her personal net worth of $18 million.

Bethenny Frankel

She may have gone through a nasty (and incredibly drawn-out) divorce from husband Jason Hoppy, but this self-made housewife retained most of her fortune despite accusations Hoppy was digging for gold. Thanks to her Skinnygirl empire, the original NYC cast member is worth $25 million.

New Jersey

Teresa Giudice

Though she and her husband Joe began their time on The Real Housewives of New Jersey in the lap of luxury, hard cash soon turned to hard time for the couple. Teresa Giudice started the show as one of the (seemingly) wealthiest women, only to wind up in debt. As of 2015, that was to the tune of $414,000.

Melissa Gorga

Teresa’s sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, recently opened her own boutique, Envy by MG. But prior to that, she enjoyed a shared income with her real estate developer husband that yielded a $1.5 million net worth.

Atlanta

Phaedra Parks

She’s a mom of two, a mortuary artist and, most lucratively, an attorney. As the owner of her own law firm, Parks Group PC, Phaedra Parks has earned about $2 million, making her tagline this season, “You can’t always get what you want. But I can.” ring true.

Kandi Burruss

Truly a self-made woman, Kandi Burrus started her career in the Platinum-selling ‘90s girl group XSCAPE before becoming a successful songwriter. She penned TLC’s “No Scrubs” (for which she won a Grammy), not to mention NSYNC’s “It Makes Me Ill,” Destiny’s Child’s “Bills, Bills, Bills” and P!nk’s first hit, “There You Go.” She’s also quite the businesswoman, with a series of entrepreneurial endeavors like her popular adult toy line, Bedroom Kandi, and the soon-to-open Atlanta restaurant, Old Lady Gang, a southern eatery inspired by (and named for) her mom and aunts. With all that success under her belt, Kandi has earned herself a net worth of $36 million.

Beverly Hills

Kyle Richards

Kyle Richards started out as a child actress, so her savings account goes way back, but it’s her recent doings that are adding up at the bank. She’s written a book and owns two successful boutiques (Kyle by Alene Too in Los Angeles opened in 2013 and she’s on the verge of opening an outpost in NYC), and now the housewife is turning her life into a series: American Woman, starring Alicia Silverstone, is a semi-biographical story of her mom’s life in the ’70s as a single mom with two daughters. The show was picked up by TV Land, but no air date has been set. With all that success (and some help from her real estate mogul husband Mauricio Umansky), it’s no wonder she’s racked up a net worth of $30 million.

Lisa Vanderpump

One of the wealthiest housewives (and most beloved), Lisa Vanderpump is known for her exquisite taste and eye for décor detail. Her latest home, Villa Rosa, is in stark contrast to some of the other housewives’ over-the-top decorating styles, clad tastefully in white, blush tones and glass. And of course, there are swans and mini horses that roam the property alongside dog activist Lisa’s many rescue pups. When she’s not spending time in her cliffside estate, she’s running a hospitality empire with husband Ken Todd. With more than 20 restaurants to their names, she has amassed a fortune of $65 million.
