Oprah Winfrey is selling the last piece of real estate she owns in the Chicago area, and it has a surprisingly small price tag.
The media mogul has listed the four-bedroom brick house, located in Elmwood Park just outside Chicago, for about $394,000.
Winfrey purchased the property in 2001 but never lived in the house. She is selling the house as “it’s no longer needed,” Winfrey’s spokeswoman Nicole Nichols told The Chicago Tribune.
The colonial home features hardwood floors, two wood-burning fireplaces and a walkout basement. The listing is being managed by Adela Rus of Century 21 McMullen Real Estate.
