The winner of The Voice will be announced tonight from the Top 4—Adam Wakefield, Alisan Porter, Hannah Huston and Laith Al-Saadi. Of course the frontrunner all season has been Alisan Porter, but Adam Wakefield has been nipping at her heels, so Parade.com asked Carson Daly how good he is at predicting the winner and what his thoughts are on Season 10.

“Pretty good but not perfect,” Daly said. “There have been certain years, like last year with Jordan Smith, that everybody felt there were frontrunners. Javier Colon in Season 1 was, ‘Oh, my God.’ But then there have been seasons where I thought someone else was going to win. Jermaine Paul won one season. I didn’t see that coming. He sang, ‘I Believe I Can Fly’ on the Monday night finale performance show and blew everybody away. He won the next night. I think it is a pretty close race. I know a lot of people think Alisan is in the front but I don’t know if that is necessarily true. I would watch out for Adam Wakefield in particular, and who knows about the other two?”

But last night, Parade.com also was one of the few outlets invited to talk to the coaches—Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams about their respective artists. Here is what they had to say:

Adam Levine on Laith Al-Saadi:  I am proud of him because he did it his way. He did it with the utmost integrity. He never tried to do something that was outside of his wheelhouse. I applaud that. There’s pressure to do a lot of different things on the show, and Laith never bent to that, so I am proud of him for that. Also, it’s the most natural experience I’ve had on any team on any season. We’re most comfortable when we’re playing and singing, so it actually feels like my life has always felt: being in a band, so it’s pretty cool.

Blake Shelton on Adam Wakefield: I started out with 12 artists on my team alone—there were 48 altogether.  The fact that anybody can make it to this finale—it’s impossible. Y’all have been reporting on this since day one and you never know who it is going to be.  You see so many talented people go home, but it seems like the people who can handle the pressure and have that “it” thing about them that you can’t explain—it’s the combination of those two things in who you see hang around to the finale. I am proud of the guy because I couldn’t have done this. No way.

Christina Aguilera on Alisan Porter:  She’s the essence of such poise and presence as a strong female on this show and killing it as a mom. It’s such a hard juggling act. If anything, I’m learning from her. She’s keeping her sanity through it all, which is half the battle of being on a competitive formatted show, but she’s killing it. What she’s doing on the show … I’m so moved and dumfounded by her talent.  She has such a gift and I’m so happy to be in her presence and be her coach supporting that.

Pharrell Williams on Hannah Huston: I am proud of the person that she’s remained this entire time. She’s not changed. Has she evolved? Yes? But everyone does or else you don’t age. The evolution has just been amazing. I think she’s just gone deeper. She has turned into a person who more loves her students and helping others. She’s turned into more of a singer. She’s turned into one who knows it’s okay to be here and to voice that. When you’re into service for others sometimes you lose yourself, and that’ s a beautiful thing if you’re in a monastery, but when you’re about your everyday life, it’s important to remember you because if you don’t service yourself, you cannot continue to be in condition to service others… I’ve seen people come on this show and you think that they’re humble, and then everything comes out. They become a piece of work. That’s cool  because sometimes being vain does work for artists, but I love this. It’s rare to find someone who’s just as humble as they are good.

The Voice returns with a two-hour finale tonight at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
