Every year, tens of thousands of fans from around the world flock to Memphis, Tenn., Elvis Presley’s adopted hometown, for a memorial celebration in his honor. This year’s Elvis Week, which began Aug. 8, culminates Sunday, Aug. 16, the date of his death, in a candlelight vigil at the gates of Graceland and a trek past Presley’s gravesite.
