Orange Is the New Black, the critically acclaimed comedy returns to Netflix on June 12 for season 3. And today on Good Morning America, Uzo Aduba, who plays Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren, shared the exciting news that the show has been renewed for a fourth season, coming in 2016.
The prison-based Netflix original series, which also stars Tayler Schilling, Laura Prepon, Kate Mulgrew, Natasha Lyonne, Michael Harney and Danielle Brooks, has collected more than 20 awards including three Emmys, two SAG awards and three Critic’s Choice television awards.
When Orange Is the New Black returns for season three, Litchfield will be down one correctional officer. Pablo Schreiber, who plays George “Pornstache” Mendez on the addictive Netflix series, revealed he won’t be returning for a third trip around the cell block.
