Seriously sweet bragging rights—and $20,000 in cash and prizes—are on the line at the National Gingerbread House Competition at the Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina. This year, competitors flocked to the hotel on November 21 to enter their cookie creations in the contest, which has grown from a local celebration of the holiday season to a nationally renowned festive (but fiercely competitive!) event.
