California dreaming can become a reality for a mere $60 million — the price that is being asked by listing agents Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc. to purchase the Malibu beach home of supermodel Cindy Crawford.
This desirable 5,254-square-foot property sits right in the heart of the beach community made famous in the movie Gidget, and offers beautiful, panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
The four-bedroom, six-bathroom property also has something that is a rarity in Malibu: beach access. Other outdoor features include an in-ground pool, and a fire pit, as well as 360-degree views through large, floor-to-ceiling windows.
According to Trulia.com, Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, a businessman who created Casamigos Tequila along with buddy George Clooney, bought the house back in February 2015 and put in some major work before recently listing the home for $60 million.
Built in 1944, the home now has beautiful bathroom features, like a soaking tub and vanity table, a gourmet kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, and a media room for entertaining.
