Pumpkin Spice After Dark
This hot Halloween beverage puts a dark and tasty twist on the pumpkin spice trend.
- 1 cup Arabica coffee
- 5 oz Cachaça 51
- 5 oz Coffee Brandy
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- 75 oz Poor Man's Kitchen Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Autumn Sangria
Pop open a bottle of HobNob’s Halloween-themed Chardonnay and drink it straight or mix a batch of this spooky sangria.
(15 servings)
• 2 bottles HobNob Chardonnay • 1 cup vanilla vodka • 3/4 cup sugar • 2 cups apple cider • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice • 2 apples • 2 pears • 1 orange
Directions: Combine vodka, sugar, apple cider and pumpkin pie spice in a large pitcher and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Chop fruit (apples, pears, orange), add to mix and marinate overnight. Add chilled Chardonnay. Serve over ice. |

Apple Ginger Snap
A mix of fall flavors that pair perfectly on Halloween night.
- 1/2 apple, cubed and muddled
- 3 ounces spiced rum
- 1 bottle of Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- 6 ounces cup fresh apple juice
- brown sugar, for glass rim
- cinnamon stick for garnish
Directions
- Dip the rim of the glasses in water then in brown sugar to lightly coat.
- Slice apple into small cubes and place evenly in the bottom of the two glasses, then muddle.
- Pour 1 1/2 ounces of the rum, 3 ounces of fresh apple juice and a few ice cubes into each glass and stir.
- Top off each drink with half of one bottle of Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
- Finish by placing a cinnamon stick in each drink and enjoy!

Deadly Rose
Don't let the name fool you: This drink is safe, but the flavor is to die for!
- Jose Cuervo Especial Silver tequila 1 oz
- Boulard Calvados 1 oz
- Grenadine syrup 1 oz
- Fresh lime juice 0.3 oz
- Crushed dry ice 2 small pieces
Directions:
- Prepare a martini glass with dry ice pieces.
- Shake all the other ingredients very well with ice cubes.
- Pour the mix into the ice smoky glass.
- Sip the drink after the ice pieces melt away.

Vampire Blood Cocktail
Infuse your own pomegranate tequila with this simple recipe. Then create a creepy cocktail with it!
Pomegranate-Infused Tequila
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1-1/2 to 2 cups el Jimador Silver Tequila
1 Ball® pint (16 oz.) jar with lid and band
Combine pomegranate seeds and Tequila in Ball® jar and close tightly. Store in a cool dark place for a few days to a few weeks, tasting the tequila after a few days to test the flavor. The longer it is allowed to infuse, the deeper and mellower the flavor will become.
When ready to use, strain and store in a tightly sealed Ball® jar. Use as a base for your favorite cocktail, enjoy neat or on the rocks.
Vampire Blood Cocktail
2 oz. Pomegranate Infused Tequila
1 oz. grenadine syrup
1/4 oz. triple sec
½ oz. agave syrup
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
Pour ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a salt-rimmed old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Wicked Red Punch
Sip on HobNob’s Wicked Red Blend solo, or mix it into a wicked yummy punch.
· 1 750-ml bottle of HobNob Wicked Red
· 1-1/2 cups spiced rum · 3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice · 2 oranges, zested · 1 teaspoon ground ginger · 1 cinnamon stick · 2 tablespoons simple syrup · 1 lime, zested Directions: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit, refrigerated for at least an hour before. If available, add one large block of ice to the bowl. Stir well before serving. Add a sugar rim and an orange slice garnish |

Boozy Pomegranate Cider
This pom-flavored cocktail is scary good!
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cups apple cider
- 4 tsp mulling spice, in a mulling ball or tea bag
- 2 shots dark rum or whiskey
Directions:
In a small saucepan, add all ingredients except booze. Turn the heat to medium and let the mixture come to a simmer. Let simmer for 10 minutes or so, until it's nice and fragrant. Remove mulling bag.
Divide between two warm mugs, and add a shot of rum to each mug. Serve immediately.
