Cher’s lavish former Beverly Hills estate is on sale for $85 million.

The Goddess of Pop built the mansion on a four-acre plot of land in the 1970s, and was active in the designing and decorating process, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. She later sold the estate to Eddie Murphy, and it was bought by the current owners in 1994.
The 20,000-square-foot main house, which is currently being remodeled, features wood-burning fireplaces, stone flooring and brick walls. And if the main house’s 11 bedroom and 17 bathrooms get crowded, there’s also a 7,000-square-foot, five-bedroom guest house on the property, outfitted with Moroccan tile and hand-carved wooden doors.
Outside, the estate also houses a pool, spa, tennis court and equestrian center.
