You once wrote that if you have a girl first, your chances are equal of having a boy or girl next. But what if you have a boy first? Are the chances still equal of having a boy or girl next? I know many people who have two boys.

Yes, the chances are still equal. In other words, say your first child is a girl. You have a 50-50 chance of your next child being a boy (or a girl). Now say your first child is a boy. You have a 50-50 chance of your next child being a girl (or a boy).
